Meeting opened @5pm by Reggie, Chairman with the Declaration of Unity followed by the Serenity Prayer. The Traditions were read. Attendance rollcall taken (10 GSRs, 3 Trustees, 12 visitors)

TREASURER’S REPORT: $3957.60 as of 30 Sept: 495.00 donations, and 20.00 dispersants to pay for our filing fee in Michigan.
Kathleen , Michigan was elected to the position Recording Treasurer as Alice’s term was over.
No oppositions to this nomination.

OLD BUSINESS:
— $600 GSR World Service Conference Travel Reimbursement: the three meetings that had not voted on allocation of funds for GSRs who attended WS meeting voted to approve this allocation of the funds.
— Leaderless Meetings
WITHDRAWN: vote on terminating 11PM and 1AM meetings from Phone Bridge’s online meeting list. GSRs/attendees report that all 11pm &1am meetings now had leaders and 11pm meetings have had a GSR. Constance from California was coordinating leaders for 1am meetings.
However: 7pm meetings were lacking in meetings and some of the 9pm meetings.
Suggestion made to make service commitment for one month; also announce need for service at other meetings.
NEW BUSINESS:
1)Trustee Mtg October 17, 2014m 5pm. there will be rotation of 3 trustees off the board. If interested in serving, contact Kathleen, in Michigan to get the required abstinence requirement and the length of service commitment. Remaining trustees : Joy from TN, Wendy: and Christine. NOMINATED: Nancy from Illinois, but action tabled until next meeting, due to time constraints.
The trustees meet quarterly:Jan, April, July and October on the third Sunday of the month.
2) Brought to the floor: Is it acceptable to mention specific “deities” during sharing @ meetings by the leader or participants. This was tabled to next month as we were out of time
3) NOMINATED: Amy H. as Secretary, now that she has 2years abstinence requirement, allowing Denise to rotate out. TABLED until next meeting.
