Motion to be read and voted on by groups at May business meetings
This is about the World Service Conference. The Phone Bridge groups voted in January to send and pay for two PB ISRs, Nancy P. and Kathleen H., to attend WSC, and to divide the remaining funds in the Delegate Fund equally among any PB GSRs attending. We were later informed there is only one ISR allowed per Intergroup. Nancy cannot attend, so Kathleen H. will be the one ISR representing the Phone Bridge. Her registration has already been paid out of the Delegate Fund, and there is currently about $600 remaining in the fund.
Given the change in the number of ISRs, we are going back to the groups for their approval for use of the remaining funds.
Motion: Groups approve dividing the remaining money in the Delegate Fund equally among the FOUR PB GSRs attending the World Service conference.
