- In order to create a more robust system to respond to all newcomer call requests for outreach from the website, Nan from LA has stepped up to be our “point person” to coordinate it. When someone sends in a request for the meeting phone number and pin they receive an automatic response which includes that number & pin plus Nan’s phone number.They can also request a call back give their own phone number. Nan maintains this list and will ensure that each person is called. All you need is email capability & 90 days of btb GS abstinence.

- The following service positions in the PBIG and the in the Board of Trustees are coming available:
- As of September 30, the 2015 the PBIG receiving treasurer will be stepping down after 2 years of service. There is a 2 year B2B abstinent recovery required.
- Trustees will be rotating out in October after the October quarterly meeting. There is a 3 year B2B abstinence requirement for these positions.
- Anyone interested in filling one of these positions and/or learning more, please come to the monthly PBIG meeting or the upcoming July 19 meeting of the PBIG Board of Trustees.

- The 7 PM EST Monday through Friday Literature meetings are indeed back up and running well again. At these meetings, we first read from the Big Book or the 12 & 12 and then share. Come join us, there’s plenty of time to share.
