Meeting was held August 9, 5PM. Opened with the Unity Pledge, Serenity Prayer and reading of the 12 Traditions.

July’s Treasurer’s Report:
- Numbers:
- Beginning Balance = $3,906.17
- Monthly Contributions = $65.00
- Ending Balance = $3,971.17
- The 2014 Tax forms have been submitted and accepted.
- The 7 AM transfer glitch has been reconciled.
Motions Passed:
- July 2015 minutes accepted as submitted
- July 2015 Treasurer’s report accepted as submitted
- Linda from LA was nominated and accepted as our new Receiving Treasurer, starting in October.
- The Intergroup developed a policy around how to revive a leaderless meeting. (See below)
- Motion to remove Thursday, 11 PM EST meeting from the Website Schedule due to lack of leadership and directed the chair to notify the website.
Announcements:
- We continue to struggle with 3 batches of leaderless meetings: 11 PM, 10 AM, 5 PM Beginners.
- The Intergroup voted and agreed that these meetings can stay open if someone steps up and agrees to two things:
- Chair the meeting for one month
- Ensure that someone else will accept the chair for the following month.
- The GSR for the 11 PM meetings reported that Monday, Thursday, & Friday meetings remain Leaderless (despite many months of trying) and requested that all three be removed from the Website Schedule.
- Two people stepped up to cover the Monday and Friday 11PM meetings under those conditions and will report back at the September 13th Intergroup Meeting
- The second batch was Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday 10 AM EST meetings. One person stepped up for the Sunday 10 AM along with checking on all the others since no GSR was present.
- UPDATE: On Monday, August 10th 10 AM meeting, several people stepped up so that there is a chair person for each 10 AM meeting for this coming month. There will be a report next month at the September 13th Intergroup Meetings.
- The Third set of meetings of concern is the 5 PM Beginner’s meetings. Someone needs to step up to check on those meetings.
