Motion to accept the Treasurer’s reports as posted on the www.greysheetmeetings.org website.

Motion to accept the minutes from the previous IG Meeting as posted.

Announcements:

1. The Phone Bridge Trustees are currently looking to fill these positions on our Board immediately: Chairperson and Secretary.  The Reporting Treasurer position will not be open in August 2022 but new Treasurer could begin training immediately.  Descriptions of the positions are posted on the website.
2. Need to change formats to eliminate phrase from A.A. Big Book:  “We have found a common solution upon which we can absolutely agree and which we can join in brotherly harmonious action….”  This is in the Day Counts and Milestones section of the formats.  Change to:  “We have a common solution, which for us is GreySheet abstinence…”  Formats will be changed and posted on the website in the next 2-3 weeks. 

New Business: 

The Treasurer will present the proposed 2022 budget.

Old Business that was tabled from the July Intergroup Meeting:

• Discussion of adding a page to our website on the history of the Phone Bridge Intergroup.  GSRs to bring back to their groups for vote and will report back at this October 24 IG meeting. 

If you have additional new business please e-mail us at phonebridgetrustees@greysheetmeetings.org with any new items you would like to discuss at the IG level. Only items that affect the phone bridge are discussed at the IG level.

The next Intergroup meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 9th, 2022, at 3:00 pm.

The Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 5 PM on Sunday, Nov. 7, due to the Marathon on Oct. 31.
