Motion to accept the minutes from the March PBIG Meeting as posted on the www.greysheetmeetings.org website was made, seconded and passed.
Motion to accept the March Treasurer’s Report as posted on the www.greysheetmeetings.org website was made, seconded and passed.
New Business:
1. Amy C., our Receiving Treasurer, needs an anonymous contact on our website. It was discussed that costs of a P.O. Box of $100.00 to $200.00 a year would be expensive to receive only a very few cash donations. CJ suggested to use our phonebridgetrustees@ greysheetmeetings.org email for Amy’s use. After discussion Amy made a motion to remove her personal email from website. It was seconded and passed. A vote was taken by email to use the phonebridgetrustees@ greysheetmeetings.org for the Receiving Treasurer’s use. This vote passed and the approved changes have been sent to the webmaster.
2. Elect Jessica K. as our new Website Liaison. Jessica K., our former PM Marathon Liaison, volunteered for this position. Motion was made, seconded and passed. Thank you, Jessica!
3. Elect Lynn C. as our new P.M. Marathon Liaison. Lynn C., formerly our GSR for the Relapse and Recovery Meetings, volunteered for this position. Motion was made, seconded and passed. Thank you, Lynn!

4. GSAWS requested that we consider changing our URL for our website from www.greysheetmeetings.org to another less confusing address. Our address is not clear that it is for the Phone Bridge only which causes problems for GSAWS and the Phone Bridge. CJ researched this with our webmaster and received feedback regarding changes including suggestions and costs to be discussed at our June PBIG Meeting. All of this information is in an email that has been sent to all trustees and will be forwarded to our GSRs for discussion in future meetings.
Old Business:
1. From the March tabled discussion of Phone Bridge annual donation limits and bequest limits per person: the suggested donation limit is $1,000.00 per person. The bequest limit is suggested to be $1,500.00 per person. Point of information: GSAWS are $6,000 and $8,000 respectively. Discussion: It was discussed that these numbers are from guidelines for non-profits. Lori made a motion to accept these limits. It was seconded and passed. During the discussion a question was asked from whom we can accept donations. Debra has offered to research this so we tabled this matter (directly after the meeting she sent us an email stating that AA.org states that they accept donations from members only).
2. Recording Marathon Speakers. GSR feedback was a resounding yes! The discussion that
followed was how to address anonymity. Jessica (PM Marathon Liaison) took this situation to Joanie (AM Marathon Liaison0 and the proposal is: AM and PM Marathon Coordinators will ask the speaker/leaders if they are willing to be recorded for the GS YouTube Channel. Please note that if the motion passes the PB will need to discuss the specifics with the Southern States Intergroup who are in charge of the channel. To be discussed at the June meeting.
3. A proposal was made to change our format to read: We do not mention specific foods by name and we only refer to them using generic terms such as sugars, grains, starches and
carbohydrates. To be further discussed at our next meeting.
