“This we owe to GSA’s future; to place our common welfare first, to keep our Fellowship united. For on GSA unity depend our lives, and the lives of those to come.”
The meeting will be held on January 13, 2019; 5-6pm EST on the Phone Number and Pin above.
Open with the Unity Pledge, Serenity Prayer and reading of the 12 Traditions.
In Attendance: ____ GSRs
____PBIG Trustees and Officers
____Attenders
Motion: Accept the Treasurer’s reports as posted on the website.
Motion: Accept the minutes from the previous IG Meeting as posted on the website.
Old Business:
- Weekly Friday morning meetings have started. The purpose is to inform any interested member about the WSC motions. Is anyone willing to see if those can be recorded for folks on the West Coast who are unable to attend because of the hour?
- Anyone can read the following announcement about our WSC representation.
- Because of the registration deadline and some confusion about Phone Bridge ISR representation (we are allowed only one), the Trustees made the decision to have Kathleen H. go as the ISR for the Michigan Intergroup (also a phone bridge hybrid meeting) and Nancy P. to go as the Phone Bridge ISR. Thus, we still have 2 ISRs representing us at the WSC.
New Business:
NEW TOPIC: What would be the best way for the Intergroup to obtain group conscience on the 20 motions being presented at the 2019 WSC? (Some ideas might include: 1) meet monthly on the 2nd Sunday of the month until we have voted on all motions; 2) spend this meeting seeing which motions we might already know group conscience and then vote on the rest in July; 3) call a special “voting meeting” in August and go as long as we need to until we have covered all the motions.)

If you have additional new business please e-mail us at phonebridgetrustees@greysheetmeetings.org with any new items you would like to discuss at the IG level. Only items that affect the phone bridge are discussed at the IG level.
Close with the Responsibility Pledge & the “We” version of the Serenity Prayer.
“I am responsible…when anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help I want the hand of GSA always to be there. And for that – I am responsible.”
