  1. Open with the Declaration of Unity Pledge, the Serenity Prayer, and
 the reading of the 12 Traditions.
  2. Attendance: GSRs, Intergroup officers and Trustees, Attenders.
  3. Approval of the June Intergroup Meeting Minutes.
  4. Acceptance of the June Treasurer’s report.
  5. Announcements:

Intergroup Meetings are usually held on the second Sunday of the month.

  • Next Open Intergroup: August 10, 2015 5-6:00 pm EST on the Intergroup line. Pin = 4320188# All are welcome to attend and participate
  • Next Traditions meeting (where we study the Tradition of the month) is August 10, 2015 from 4-4:45 PM EST just before the regular PBIG meeting on the Intergroup line. Pin = 4320188# Everyone is welcome to participate.
  • July 19, 2015 5:00-6:00pm Next Trustees Meeting. All can attend and listen, GSRs may speak and only Trustees may vote

Old Business:

  1. Service Positions The following service positions in the PBIG and the Board of Trustees are coming available: As of September 30 2015 the PBIG receiving treasurer will be stepping down after 2 years of service. There is a 2 year B2B abstinent recovery required. 3 Trustees will be rotating out in October after the October quarterly meeting. There is a 3 year B2B abstinence requirement for these positions. Anyone interested in filling one of these positions and/or learning more, please come to the monthly PBIG meeting or the upcoming July 19 meeting of the PBIG Board of Trustees.
  2. Present the Plan for the financial review since we are in year three of operation since we have been incorporated.

 

  1. Open Discussion Topic:

At GSA Open Phone Bridge Intergroup meetings we use the AA “Sharing
 Session” approach for all topics of discussion. For each topic, a member may speak for up to two minutes. No one will speak more than once per topic until all members have shared at least one time. Participants will be called on in the order in which they identified themselves. Please be respectful of this approach. The purpose is to allow all voices to be heard. Our open sharing sessions are not necessarily attempting to reach substantial unanimity or a decision at this time.

  1. Close with the “I am responsible…” pledge and the “WE” version 
of the Serenity Prayer
