- The 2 year term of service of the Dashboard Liaison expired in The previous trusted servant has volunteered to serve a second 2 year term. A motion in favor of accepting her offer will be put to the Trustees.

Chair asks for any concerns from the floor to be raised at the next IG meeting. Announcements (to be made at meetings)
- Submissions to website schedule for agenda items, minutes, etc, is two weeks before Intergroup
- Please encourage your group to vote in a (Beginners and Relapse and Recovery meetings do not have Announcements in the format and each has a serving, collective-group GSR.) PBIG votes on issues that pertain to all the meetings on the bridge. While all members are encouraged to be heard on floor topics, only Trustees and GSRs can vote.
