Old Business
- Motion to post and/or record PBIG announcements passed unanimously. It will be easily accessible and anonymous. Today further discussion about how to do it. CJ is waiting to hear back from John at No Cost Calling company. - Google Account Update: we need to restart the process of acquiring a Nonprofit Account
- ISR position will remain open and be revisited in December.
- Congratulations on a great Halloween Marathon! Thank you Patricia, Lynn, Katie and Aaron
- Continued discussion regarding lack of GSRs and PBIG member participation
New Business
- World Service was a great success! Thank you outgoing chairperson Grainne (and welcome Marvin) Notes will be available on greysheet.org under “GSAWS” and when minutes become available, they will be shared. The next GSAWS meeting will be in December.
- ISR Email monitoring. How to do it and will it change with Google?
- Ideas for committees and volunteers 1. “Service Matters” and 2. Recruitment. 1-2 member(s) of PBIG and 1-2 PB representatives (90 days of abstinence required)

GSRs
- 1 year abstinence and 1 year service: elected by their group to be the link with intergroup. Includes attending monthly intergroup meetings, reporting (and carrying votes) to their group’s monthly business meeting.
ISR
- 3 years abstinence and 2 years of service: a Phone Bridge intergroup Trustee that represents the PBIG at World Service
