Motion to accept the Treasurer’s reports as posted on the www.greysheetmeetings.org website.

Motion to accept the minutes from the previous IG Meeting as posted.

 

Announcements: GSRs are urgently needed. Your PBIG wants to hear your meetings’ voices. We also need to fill the Co-Chair and Website Liaison positions.  Joanie G. has stepped into the Marathon Liaison A.M. Coordinator position vacated by Mary B. We would like to thank Mary B. for all of her service and wish her a speedy recovery.

 

 

Old Business:

  1. Regarding having 1 GSR per time slot (i.e. All 7 – 5:30 a.m. meetings) a motion was made, seconded and past for GSRs to go back to the groups with this suggestion for their group feedback.

 

  1. Recording Marathon Speakers. Tabled from the November meeting- we once again discussed pros and cons of recording the   A motion was made, seconded and past for GSRs to go back to the groups with this suggestion for their group feedback.

 

  1. Suggestion to change our format to read: We do not mention specific foods by name and we only refer to them using generic terms such as sugars, grains, starches and carbohydrates.
  1. Tabled discussion of Phone Bridge annual donation limits and bequest limits per person. Point of information: GSAWS are $6,000 and $8,000 respectively.

  1. Election of a new Chairperson – CJ
  2. Election of a new Trustee-Dashboard Monitor – Wanda S.
  3. Election of Phone Bridge ISR – Marcia M.
  4. O. Box for the Receiving Treasurer

 

If you have additional new business, please e-mail us at phonebridgetrustees@greysheetmeetings.org 2 weeks PRIOR to the IG meeting with any new items you would like to discuss. Only items that affect the Phone Bridge are discussed at the Intergroup level.
