NOTE: What to do if a group has no GSR
There are several important votes being taken at the IG meeting:
1)Vote for new Board of Trustees members
2)Vote for proposed updates to Phone Bridge meeting formats.
If your group would like to vote at the meeting but does not have a GSR, members should look at the agenda and read through the items being voted on before April 10. Then, you may appoint one member of your group with at least 90 days of back-to-back GS abstinence to carry your group’s vote to the IG meeting.

Announcements:
1. Disturbances on the Phone Bridge: read the announcement. All members and GSRs please make this announcements at Phone Bridge meetings.
Regarding the disturbances on the phone meetings:
The Phone Bridge Trustees and a team of GreySheeters are working with the conference call company to resolve these problems.
For the safety of our phone meetings, everyone can help by staying muted at all times unless you are sharing. To mute yourself, please use *1 on your phone keypad instead of the mute function on your phone. In the event of an interruption, we need to be able to identify the source in order to kick them off the call. If anyone other than the leader or sharer is unmuted it is harder to identify the source.
Also, we ask everyone to leave phone bridge meetings as soon as they are over.
Please note that locking the bridge to eliminate the disturbance is the last resort if it cannot be resolved any other way. The bridge will never be locked otherwise.
2. Moderator Liaison position: Phyllis is stepping down after 3 years of service. Thank you Phyllis! We will need a new Moderator Liaison after the Labor Day marathon. Interested or would like to nominate someone? Contact the phone bridge trustees at: phonebridgetrustees@greysheetmeetings.org

OLD BUSINESS
Tabled from the January Intergroup Meeting:
1. Discussed the possibility of changing the PB Marathon hours and it was decided to table this discussion for the next PB IG meeting in April.
Trustees discussed the issue via email during the week of 1/10/22. One voted aye, 3 voted nay, and 1 abstained. Does anyone at this meeting today have any additional comments on this matter? Can someone please make a motion? Either to keep the marathon hours as is or to changes them.
2. Adding a page to the Phone Bridge website on the history of the Phone Bridge IG: Groups voted to include this, but this project has been put off until the draft can be written.
If you have additional new business please e-mail us at phonebridgetrustees@greysheetmeetings.org with any new items you would like to discuss at the IG level. Only items that affect the Phone Bridge are discussed at the IG level.
The next Intergroup meeting is scheduled for Sunday, July 10, 2022, at 3:00 pm.
